Waste
All losses occuring during racking,v arious workmanship and evaporation.

Watered
Term used to indicate watered wine.

Watering
Procedure of adding water to musts or wines.

Wine
Beverage obtained by partial or total fermentation of grape juice.

Wine-jacket
Term used to indicate the dregs or deposit that tend to form on the inside of the bottle, just like a wrapper, mainly developing in wine preserved over a long time.

Wine making
Combination of procedures (pressing, fermentation, devatting) through which the grapes are transformed into wine.

Wine making cellar
Where wine making procedures are carried out, i.e. must squeezing and fermenting.

Wisteria
Refers to a wine whose olfactory and flavour sensations are similar to this specific flower.
