Yeasts
Unicellular micro organisms used in the fermentating of alcoholic drinks. The main ones are saccharomycetes. Yeast, the main agent in ellipse-shaped must fermentation is commonly called Ellipse Yeast. They can be found on the outside of the grape skin.

Yeild must
Crushing the grapes to get the must. Indicating specifically the operation of sinking the mash cap of the marc into the must.

Young
A wine not fully ripe but that will of course ripen naturally in the future.
