Natural
Defines a wine produced according to procedures permitted by the law.
Neck (of the Bottle)
The upper, narrow part of the bottle.
Neck-Label
A label strip stuck around the neck of the bottle.
Nervy
Indicates a wine rich in harmonic acidity but nonetheless clearly lively
and spirited.
Neutral
A wine without distinctive characteristics but nonetheless well-structured
and with modest acidity.
Nobel
A wine whose positive organoleptic characteristics makes it stand out
and highlight its superiority in comparison with the average wine.
Non-Fermentable Sugars
Sugars not consumed by yeasts, that do not ferment but remain in
limited quantities in the wine.
Normal
Indicates a certain category of wines obtained using traditional vinification,
preservation and ripening methods, by normal production procedures.
